The Right Low Voltage Partner For Your Property

OUR APPROACH

Low voltage systems run beneath the surface of every modern commercial and residential building — and when they're designed and installed well, they're invisible. When they're not, you spend years managing unreliable systems, dropped signals, and cameras that don't cover what they're supposed to.

Stainbrook Communications is the low voltage division of LDM Electric. We bring the same standards to low voltage work that LDM brings to electrical: honest assessments, correct installations, and systems built to perform over the long term — not just to pass a walk-through.

Our team is not paid on commission. We recommend only what your property needs.

WHAT HOMEOWNERS SAY

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Low voltage systems — security cameras, access control, cabling, AV — operate at 50 volts or less. They require different licensing, different materials, and a different installation approach than standard electrical. Stainbrook handles this work as LDM's dedicated low voltage division so both sides are managed by one qualified team.

  • Stainbrook Communications is LDM Electric's low voltage division. The same standards apply — licensed technicians, commercial-grade materials, honest assessments. If a project involves both electrical and low voltage work, we coordinate both scopes.

  • We start with a site assessment. Most properties don't need every system — they need the right systems for their layout, security requirements, and operations. We'll tell you what makes sense and what doesn't, with no commission-based upsell.

  • Yes. We service and maintain low voltage systems regardless of who installed them. If an existing system can be brought up to standard, we'll tell you. If it makes more sense to replace it, we'll tell you that too.

  • Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance agreements for all systems we install — and for existing systems we've assessed. See our Maintenance & Support page for details.
